DPPA2 (developmental pluripotency associated 2) is an embryo-cancer antigen that is coexpressed with cancer-testis antigens in non-small cell lung cancer. Dppa2 is closely linked SAP motif genes restricted to pluripotent cells and the germ line. It may play a role in maintaining cell pluripotentiality and in embryo preimplantation development.

Western blot analysis of DPPA2 on F9 cell lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (M0731-6, 1/500) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1006) at 1:5,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
