Fos-related antigen 1 (FRA1) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FOSL1 gene. The Fos gene family consists of 4 members: c-Fos, FOSB, FOSL1, and FOSL2. These genes encode leucine zipper proteins that can dimerize with proteins of the JUN family, thereby forming the transcription factor complex AP-1. As such, the FOS proteins have been implicated as regulators of cell proliferation, differentiation, and transformation.

Western blot analysis of FRA1 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-FRA1 antibody (HA722771) at 1/2,000 dilution.
Lane 1: HeLa cell lysate Lane 2: HeLa starved for 24 hours then add 100ng/mL TPA for 4 hours cell lysate
Lysates/proteins at 20 µg/Lane.
Predicted band size: 29 kDa Observed band size: 35-40 kDa
Exposure time: 10 seconds; ECL: K1801;
4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HA722771) at 1/2,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
