Zinc finger protein 217, also known as ZNF217, is a protein which in humans is encoded by the ZNF217 gene. ZNF217 can attenuate apoptotic signals resulting from telomere dysfunction and may promote neoplastic transformation and later stages of malignancy. Znf217 was shown to be a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target during breast cancer progression.

Western blot analysis of ZNF217 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-ZNF217 antibody (HA722344) at 1/1,000 dilution.
Lane 1: MCF7 cell lysate Lane 2: PANC-1 cell lysate Lane 3: HEK-293 cell lysate
Lysates/proteins at 20 µg/Lane.
Predicted band size: 115 kDa Observed band size: 140 kDa
Exposure time: 1 minute 50 seconds; ECL: K1801;
4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HA722344) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
